Eviction Support & Administrative Time

Evictions are handled in accordance with Texas property laws and court procedures. While eviction is always a last resort, administrative time related to required notices, filings, documentation, and coordination may be necessary.



Administrative work or time expended for eviction-related processes is billed at $40 per hour. All such time is documented and communicated transparently.
