My property management services are flexible, transparent, and designed to align with your goals. I offer tiered management fee plans to support long-term partnerships:
- 10% management fee – first year
- 9.75% management fee – second year
- 9.50% management fee – third year
Additional services include:
- 10% tenant placement fee
- 10% renewal fee
- $40 per hour for administrative work or time expended for eviction-related processes
- Biannual property inspections (owners may attend virtually)
- Owner-approved repair thresholds
- Optional lawn maintenance requirements to help reduce city violations
As an owner, you maintain direct communication with me as your Broker via phone and email, and you may complete your own repairs when properly licensed and insured. Every service is clearly explained upfront—because I believe trust is built through transparency.
