Lease Renewals

Lease renewals are approached with clarity and communication. When a lease term is nearing completion, owners are consulted regarding renewal options and rental terms.

A renewal fee of 10% applies when a lease is renewed. All renewal terms are communicated 60 days in advance, allowing both owners and tenants time to review and plan accordingly.
